Energy healing can work just as well in person or from a distance, since the intention and techniques of a practitioner transcend physical distances. Energetically, reports on remote energy healing have indicated benefits similar to in-person sessions among the recipients.

In remote energy healing, the practitioner focuses from a distance the client’s energy field by implementing visualization and intention to send healing energy.
